mundaneness

when you need something to make your life feel more interesting and important

paperclips

sometimes at work I peruse the office supplies cabinet
there is something enticing about office supplies
I take stuff from there that I will never use to my desk to make me feel more official and productive
I have like 30 boxes of paperclips in my drawer
I unbend paperclips and make them completely straight
Then I try to bend them back in their original shape and put them back in the box
Im getting better at it too, in a good hour I can unbend and rebend almost 6 paperclips!
That comes to about $2.50 per paperclip on my wage
Then when Im done I swap that box with one in the cabinet
When I see the president carrying documents with one of my clips I feel accomplished

good drinkin

I like flat soda or pop or coke or whatever you hillbillies call it on yonder
I leave mine sitting out for like weeks so that it gets all bland and tasteless
Its like drinking sugar paper
Sometimes I go to the antique store
If I get lucky I can find some old cokes or old dr peppers
You know thems are damn flat and tasty
I think I was a wasp in my past life

washing knives

sometimes when you are washing your forks
and washing your knives
the knives cut your sponge
and make it useless
and you have to buy a new one at the store
but you dont know if you should keep the old beat one around just to clean knives with
so you dont fuck up your new one you had to go all the way to the store for
